Mt Eerwah

I determined to do Mt Eerwah when I convinced myself it was the one I was seeing between the trees from our balcony in Maroochydore. Actually it wasn't that one. Eerwah is the one on the left in this view from Mt Ninderry. The more symmetrical pointy one on the right was the one, and I have yet to conquer or positively identify it. But I will soon, and I'll report accordingly.

Eerwah's a great little climb. You ascend about 300m, and it's slightly wild and muddy at times. Or at least, it was the other day. It's in the locality of Eerwah Vale, a few km west of Eumundi.

View from the top of Eerwah

Coming back down with the aid of well-placed ropes on the steepest, muddiest part.
