It was probably the NSW registration plates. That and the sizeable redneck hoon community that I have to report is well represented still in this relatively cosmopolitan part of Queensland.
I'd been parking my car on the street for my first few nights here. Queensland had until recently been Covid free, and pretty well closed to other states, such as its disease-ridden southern neighbour. Now It's gone bad everywhere, and maybe some local hoon thought my car was an obvious deserving target.
